FellowForce at MCPC 2007!

MCPC2007

Yesterday I presented my view on 'The Business Smarts of Strangers'. The presentation contained 10 questions on user innovation:

(1) What is your Main Driver? -- user innovation / feedback / branding impact / an open line...

(2) How Open is your Door? -- open or as closed as it can be to protect proprietary data...

(3) Is the entire Organization involved? -- is suggestion box 2.0 embedded in all processes and culture...

(4) What format do you choose to receive user innovation? -- innovation challenges / suggestion box / innovation lab ....

(5) What do you ask your users for, feedback or innovation? -- mashups or ideas...

(6) What tools do you provide your users? -- voting / rating / collaborative tools ...

(7) What does your invitation letter look like? -- IdeaSTORM / InnovationJAM or a boring contact page...

(8) How do you crowdsource or narrowcast? -- skills / age /country / trigger for participation ....

(9) What Open Innovation Management Application do you use? -- WebForce 2.1 / Brightidea / Ideaxchange ...

(10) Know your outsiders and why they participate? -- (the best part ;)...

When you need support with answering these Qs, send me an email: ruben@fellowforce.com.

It was great to meet you all at MIT/Cambridge Boston.

Cheers -- RR
